Let’s wrap our homeless neighbors in warmth and comfort with thermal wear on cold, windy nights this winter!

We are seeking winter warming items (gloves/mittens, hats, boots, jackets and thermal long underwear).

It started with a vision for Delaney Gallagher, now a junior at Notre Dame Academy, to help homeless adults during the harsh winter months by providing socks to keep them warm. That morphed into a program called Long Johns for St. John’s, which is now in year two of collecting donations (warming items and monetary donations). Click here, for a story from 2021 about her efforts.

Monetary Donations

100% of the proceeds raised go to supporting thermal long underwear for guests at St. John’s.

$10 brings warmth to one guest.

Any dollar amount is appreciated, and you can also choose one of our sponsor levels!

$1-49 – Getting Chilly – Giving warmth!
$50 – Freezing season – 5 guests warmed!
$100 – Sub Zero – 10 guests warmed!
$250 – Polar Vortex – 25 guests warmed!
$300+ – Warming Hearts
