The Shelter Chaplaincy Team is planning an overnight retreat — A Place Called Love. The event is open to anyone 18 years of age and older. This ecumenical overnight retreat experience to be held in the shelter facility is designed to lead participants in reflecting on the Gospel mandate that inspires our shelter mission and the importance of building relationships.
The retreat will begin on Friday evening, September 30th at 5:30 p.m. and end on Saturday morning, October 1st at 9:00 a.m. Bedding and meals will be provided. Please understand that retreat participants will be utilizing the shelter sleeping accommodations, which are sleeping mats on the floor. Cost: Free-will offering to benefit the Shelter.
